Everything.
How do you have no deadlines? You negotiate for no deadlines.
How do you have more flexibility where you need it? You negotiate for more flexibility where you need it.
How do you reduce the stress from clients? You negotiate a deal where there’s less stress from clients.
It’s all a series of negotiations, even if we don’t recognize it.
