Health Break

Hello all,

You may have noticed I missed a couple days of this list.

I was ignoring my health and my body reminded me that’s not a good idea. I don’t think it’s anything too serious, but I need to pause the email list and slow down this week.

I intend to resume our regular programming on Monday by talking about labeling emotions.

Sorry for the interruption, and feel free to message or email me directly if there’s something you want to learn. That energizes me.


P.S. The Label Game is one tool in the toolbox, you don’t have to use it, but it can be nice to have.
